These terms govern your use of leflamme.co.uk and the services provided by Le Flamme (the “Restaurant”). By using the site or making a reservation you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations

  • A reservation request submitted online is not confirmed until our team replies by phone or email.
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time. We may release the table after that without notice.
  • For parties of 8 or more we may require a deposit or pre-order.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours before your reservation by calling 01902 334348.

2. Online Orders

  • Order availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Allergen information is provided in good faith but our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, sesame, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and traffic.

3. Promotions & Offers

Le Flamme reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any offer or promotion without prior notice. Certain items, meals, locations, or dates may be excluded from estate-wide promotions or menus. All offers are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment for online orders is taken at the point of order through our payment provider. We are not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees imposed by your card issuer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, photography, recipes, and copy — is the property of Le Flamme or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, Le Flamme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Recruitment

Submitting a job application does not create an offer of employment. We will retain your details for up to 12 months in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one and takes effect immediately on publication.
